Commodity Replacing Service
1. Time limit for return of goods
1) Return: Consumers can apply for return without reason within 45 days from the date of signing and receiving(for details, please refer to the terms of return);
2) Exchange: Consumers can apply for replacement of goods within 45 days after the date of signing for acceptance;
3) Warranty: Consumers have quality problems within one year from the date of signing and receiving, and sellers can provide free warranty services to consumers and no longer accept the return of goods;
4) Custom products do not support 45 days of no reason to return goods.
2. Replacing Conditions
1) There is no reason to return goods for 45 days. The terms of the service are for self-operated goods in Platform 7 Home Mall;
2) There is no reason to return the goods for 45 days, and customers are required to maintain the product itself;
3) There are no scratches on the surface of the commodity, no abrasion(break), no bump, no use, no demolition, etc.;
4) Special products such as special products, special offers, gifts, ordered products, stop-kill, group purchases, limited purchases, etc., as well as products with "no return" and related clearly marked items, are considered as processed items and are not returned;
5) The original packaging, accessories, gifts, etc. are incomplete, and the artificially damaged goods are not returned;
6) Not to replace goods installed or used(except for quality issues);
7) Any commodity that causes problems due to abnormal use and storage shall not be replaced;
8) Without the authorization of Merlot, the problem goods caused by unauthorized maintenance, modification, and incorrect installation will not be replaced;
9) Goods that have exceeded 45 days without reason to return for replacement will not be returned(if there is a clear signing time, the 1080 hours after the signing time will be 45 days; If the signing time is only on the date, the starting time shall be at midnight on the second day after that date, and the completion of 1080 hours shall be 45 days).
Warm tips.
A. The seller has the obligation to describe the goods truthfully. If the seller causes the product size error due to the seller's reasons, or the product style, material and service standards do not match the page, the seller should perform the performance according to the page description, if the consumer needs to return the goods or exchange the goods. The resulting freight charges shall be borne by the seller;
B. Color difference is not a matter of commodity quality because of camera equipment, light, display, etc..
C. Size problems and size errors due to inconsistent commodity measurement standards are within the scope of the relevant standards and are not commodity quality issues;
3. Points to Note for Replacing Goods
1) When the goods are returned, the corresponding discount at the time of purchase of the goods must be deducted;
2) When there is a return of the main product of the gift, the gift must be submitted together with the return of the return. If the gift is not returned, the main product can not be fully refunded.
3) The cost of returning goods returned for 45 days without reason shall be borne by the consumer himself;
4) The goods have been shipped, the consumer has not received the goods to be replaced, and the resulting refund costs need to be borne by the consumer himself;
5) Personal reasons(such as: dislike, do not need, unsuitable, etc.), the goods must not be installed, unused, and do not affect secondary sales, and consumers pay(logistics fees, delivery fees, removal charges, etc.) related expenses.
6) If the customer returns the goods himself, the relevant person will conduct the inspection of the goods after the goods return to the receiving address of this site:
A. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days if the goods are intact;
B. If the goods are damaged or few pieces, the relevant personnel of the site will take photos of the scene and pass the photos to the buyer. The buyer will bear the responsibility for the damage or minor items of the goods;
C. Minor cases are repairable and the cost is borne by the buyer, who will bear the full cost of serious non-repairable cases.
